DISTRICT And PROVINCE Of the CALLAO1093.1.8 Projection of the demand of residual watersThe assumptions and the considerations with respect to the population, horizon of the project and densityby lot which they have been applied in the potable water projections also they use stopsto project the flows of water-drainages.For this project, in addition to the estimation of 80% of water consumed by the population, they have considered the flows of originating water-drainages of the users with source propia20 andthose that unload to the sewage system as product of the illicit use of connections ofpotable water (clandestine connections). In this case, those connections have been analyzedthat they correspond to “grandes clientes” (that in many cases is industries that are clientsof SEDAPAL, but that installs clandestine connections as well) and the connections of minordiameter (reported by the Centers of Services and the denunciations recepcionadas throughAQUAFONO). To see Annexed I.The residual water flows of the clandestine potable water connections identified, assuming that the consumptions of these connections have the behavior of the consumptionswithout measurement (measured consumptions + 40%), from which esteem that the water-drainageit corresponds to 80 % of this consumption. In the following pictures are the considered residual water volumes, ofclandestine connections and of the clients with own source. For the case of the connectionsclandestine, the consumptions have been considered on the basis of the consumptions nonmeasuredadopted for the calculation of the demand of potable water, whereas the consumptions ofclients with own source, correspond to consumptions with measurement and without measurement.Picture No. 3.13Considered residual water volumes,by contributions of clients with own sourceOwn elaborationFor the aims of the project, the cover of the sewage system by domiciliary connections will besame that the potable water cover, being thus because with the project each family goes ato have a greater potable water availability, requires a sewage system connectionin order to lead its flows of water-drainage.The rate of contribution of water to the sewage system networks is considered in a 80%, parameterstandard technician who assumes itself and who will stay throughout the horizon of the project.20 Those that count on own source for particular use, but unload their water-drainages to the networks ofSEDAPAL sewage systemCostanero 886,301 0,01Navy 3.073.942 0,04Argentina 6.286.075 0,07Collector Not 19 7.981.390 0,09Centenerio 7.239.904 0,08Collector Not 6 5.286.997 0,06Bocanegra 2.510.482 0,03Comas-Chillo'n 2.588.798 0,0335.853.889 0,41Area of Qp Drainage (m3/s)TOTALQp (l/día)PROFILE: CONSTRUCTION OF THE PLANT OF RESIDUAL WATER TREATMENTTABOADA And SUBMARINE EMISSARY - DISTRICT And PROVINCE Of the CALLAO110Picture No. 3.14Considered residual water volumes,of clandestine connections - Centers on watchPicture No. 3.15Considered residual water volumes,of clandestine connections - Great ClientsOwn SourceThe hour maximum volumes have calculated in base the K2 coefficient = 1,8 – 2.5, ofagreement to the National Regulation of Constructions. In the following pictures the results of the population projection appear, ofnumber of connections of sewage system and the residual water flow evacuated. It fitsto indicate that the residual water volumes (Pictures 3,17 to the 3,25) consider the following onesflows:• Not identified clandestine connections of sewage system, being able to be these, industrialists, commercial, social and/or domestic;• Originating flows of overflows of reservorios, wells, cisterns and in generalinfrastructure that comprises of the potable water system whose overflows flowtowards the sewage system system;• Infiltrations to the sewage system system. These flows have been considered making the difference between the gaugings made inmain collectors who conform the Taboada subsystem and the volumes calculated inbase to the consumptions. It includes the volume of the Argentina Collector and Not 19 Collector (present situation)3, Part of the volume transported by Collector 6 is not turned aside towards the Condevilla collector.4. At the moment the Collector Commas – Chillón receives unloadings from the district of Bridge Stone. Withthe beginning of the project, those unloadings will be derived to the PTAR Bridge Stone.According to the presented/displayed analysis, the demand of residual waters, ascends to 10,38 m3/s inthe year bases (year 2005), from which the demand projections have been made inhorizon of the project, which will serve to make pre sizing ofinfrastructure in the Optimal Period of Design. In the following pictures it is possible to be observedthe projections of total demand of residual water treatment, as well as the demandsin each area of drainage in all the horizon of the project. It is possible to indicate, that in the projections of demand of residual water treatment andagreed with the Masterful Plan Optimized 2005, the beginning in the year has been considered2015 of a group of decentralized plants that add an of great volume average of 2,74 m3/s,whose purpose will be to alleviate the unloadings in the Taboada plant, besides to preserve the good oneoperation and life utility of the primary collectors, as well as to increase reuso ofserved waters treated. It is anticipated that these plants are constructed in the high parts ofTaboada Subsystem. With respect to the residual water unloadings indicated in 4ta column of Picture 3.16,it is precise that in the following levels of study (pre-feasibility and feasibility) it is mademore rigorous analysis, in order to obtain precise results.PROFILE: CONSTRUCTION OF THE PLANT OF RESIDUAL WATER TREATMENTTABOADA And SUBMARINE EMISSARY -
